• Notes: Commissioned by Magnús Ragnarsson and Melodia chamber choir. Composed in spring 2015 based on a folk melody from Bjarni Þorsteinsson’s collection “Icelandic Folksongs (1909)”. Premiered by Melodia chamber choir on May 7th 2015 in Salurinn Concert Hall, Kópavogur, at the composer’s graduation concert from the Iceland Academy of the Arts, conducted by the composer. Recording commercially released on “Melodia” (CD) by Melodia chamber choir, conducted by Magnús Ragnarsson, 2015.
